TED – soft, melange structural fabrics.
Structural textures were among the most widely discussed topics at this year’s Warsaw Home trade fair. Attention was drawn to fabrics with a rich, plush texture and a soft hand feel – materials that give furniture a sense of coziness at first glance.
The TED collection fits this trend in a clear and distinctive way. It is a melange chenille fabric, with yarns arranged in a characteristic melange grid. Its delicate surface recalls the softness of teddy bear plush, instantly evoking warmth and home comfort. At the same time, the structure is expressive enough to give even the simplest forms character and visual depth.

The multicolored yarn of TED changes depending on the viewing distance. Up close, the texture appears more pronounced; from afar, it softens, creating a subtle sense of color depth. TED performs equally well on both rounded and simple shapes – unstitched sofas, soft armchairs, and modules with smooth edges. On these forms, its greatest strength becomes evident: the ability to add optical depth to furniture.

The TED color palette has been developed in two complementary directions.
The first includes shades that dominated this year’s trends: muted beiges and greys interwoven with graphite and green tones. For bolder interiors, darker olives, navy and burgundy are available. In these colors, TED works perfectly as a living room fabric – for family sofas, corner units, armchairs and poufs, where a balance of coziness and durability for everyday use is essential.

The second color group features more intense hues: pinks, turquoises, yellows, saturated reds and energetic blues. From an interior design perspective, these colors align with the accent trend – elements intended to enliven a space and highlight its individual character. This part of the palette naturally recalls children’s and teenagers’ rooms, where joyful colors serve not only as decoration but also as a tool for creating a welcoming, user-friendly atmosphere.

TED pairs best with smooth fabrics that have a rich, substantial hand, such as chenille Maloy, Havana or velvet Bluvel. Its expressive pattern softens and gains elegance alongside eco-leathers like Matador and suede-like fabrics such as Hogan, while creating a striking contrast with the metallic Atomic. Accessories also play an important role – cushions and blankets, especially faux-fur options like Vito or Lapit, perfectly complete the atmosphere of a cozy interior.

The TED collection is designed for those looking for a fabric that feels soft, is stable in production, competitively priced, and aligned with current trends. Its structure, melange effect and wide color palette make it a versatile material – ready to find its place in many types of interiors, from calm living rooms to energetic youth spaces.
