FABB’s outdoor fabric collection features muted shades of beige, sand, clay, olive, grey, and cool browns. Waterfree™ technology – less chemicals, more benefits

The entire FABB outdoor collection is crafted using dope dyed technology—where polyester fibers are dyed in the mass. This process:
· significantly reduces water usage during production,
· ensures enhanced color and structural durability.

As a result, the fabrics don’t fade under UV exposure (lightfastness: 7–8/8), are washable, and dry quickly after rain without retaining excess moisture.

It’s not just an eco-friendly solution, but also a practical one for everyday use—especially in high-traffic spaces like hotel resorts, restaurant patios, or family lounging areas.

From garden swings to pet beds – fabrics that adapt to every function

FABB outdoor fabrics come in a variety of weights and textures, allowing for flexible use depending on the project:

· OUTDOOR 073, 328 – medium-weight fabrics (360–380 g/m²) with a soft texture that mimics natural weave. Perfect for cushions and seat pads.

· OUTDOOR 171/190, 215–235 – heavier, more stable fabrics (450–510 g/m²), ideal for sofas, loungers, and cocoon-style armchairs.

· OUTDOOR 432/433, 511, 711/714 – lighter fabrics (200–210 g/m²), designed for umbrellas, covers, pet beds, and poufs.

Each of these fabrics is OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances—even when in direct contact with skin, including that of children and pets.

Hybrid Fabrics – Otis and Gandar

It’s also worth mentioning the Otis and Gandar collections—while not traditional outdoor fabrics, their solution-dyed fibers provide enhanced resistance to moisture and sunlight. They perform exceptionally well as hybrids: ideal for terrace cushions, poufs, and seating in conservatories or covered lounge areas.

For furniture manufacturers, they offer an excellent alternative when a technical fabric with an interior design look is needed.
