YES, we can significantly reduce water consumption during the production process of polyester fabrics. This process involves adding the dye to the polymer, which is most commonly in granulate form. During this process, colored yarn is produced, from which upholstery fabric is then made. This way, we bypass the environmentally costly process of dyeing and finishing fabrics in solutions.
