For FABB, Heimtextil<\/strong> is the most important European trade fair, bringing together over 3,000 companies from the textile industry. Beyond showcasing new collections, we always follow with great interest the accompanying special exhibitions, trend forecasts, and panel discussions. As Detlef Braun once said: \u201cHeimtextil is the place where the future is born.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the visionaries shaping the future of textile design is Patricia Urquiola<\/strong>, who a year earlier personally engaged in the Among Us<\/em> installation, presenting textiles as a medium of human relationships. The exhibition invited visitors to touch, relax, and physically engage with the material.
At this year\u2019s edition, Urquiola shifted the focus toward virtual reality, hybridity, and the visualization of our inner imaginaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The designer explains:
\u201cWhile Among Us focused on closeness, Among-All unfolds as a responsive, transforming textile ecosystem\u2026 Visitors actively reshape the space through their presence.\u201d<\/em>
The result is an interactive environment that connects materials, technology, and design with the individual needs of its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI will not replace craftsmanship, human intuition, or creativity\u2014but it will change the way we design. The future of interiors is not digital, but SENSORY<\/strong>: fluid, evolving, ambiguous, and deeply rooted in environmental responsibility, where waste increasingly becomes a resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus is shifting toward intuition, touch, and the conscious choice of materials that resonate with the user\u2019s personality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
