Die in seiner Produktion verwendeten Garne enthalten einen Zusatz von Stapelfasern, was dem Stoff ein weiches Gef\u00fchl verleiht. Die Leinwandbindung sorgt dank einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl von Verkreuzungen f\u00fcr maximale Stabilit\u00e4t und Haltbarkeit des Materials. Zus\u00e4tzlich wurde der Stoff auf der Unterseite mit Klebstoff verst\u00e4rkt und einem Nadelungsprozess unterzogen, der ihn weiter weich macht. Dieses Material zeichnet sich auch durch hohe Abriebfestigkeit aus, wie durch die Anzahl der Martindale-Testzyklen best\u00e4tigt. Durch den Zusatz von Stapelfasern zum Garn wurde der Glanzeffekt eliminiert, was dem Stoff ein nat\u00fcrlicheres Aussehen verleiht und ihn in der Erscheinung woll\u00e4hnlichen Produkten n\u00e4herbringt.
